So just nak share apa yang aku beli ak tunjuk gambar kat bawah neh. Price tags are reasonable..hehe..Tapi most of the items i will be using it during my future trip and all of them can be used for a long time.. so I bought them for their values not because they are cool...urm maybe cool jugak r..okay esok makan pasir T.T

Sleeping bag

If you are an adventurous person or you like to travel a lot, sleeping bag is a must gear for your little adventurous trip. Because i'm one of that kind of people who like to travel and always try to get the best gears to accompany me during my trip, i'll carefully research my gears before i buy them. So this article is based on my finding how to choose the best sleeping gear for my own trip.

There are many types and categories of sleeping gears which when you try to find the right one it may confuse you as you look at many types of sleeping bag. Hence, i hope this post may be a little help for you to choose the right sleeping bag. Your dream sleeping bag.

Before you try to find one, there are few categories you must consider. the list below are the categories based on their priority. After that. i will explain it one by one with a simple language so that you will not need any dictionary. so please bear with me. Four aspects you need to consider are

1. Temperature/comfort rating
2. weight size and shape
3. insulation type
4. Quality and Features

Temperature and comfort rating

lets start with the first one. I'm sure that you already knew where would you want to use your sleeping bag. This is the first consideration you must know in order to determine the best way to choose the temperature and comfort rating of the sleeping bag. Try to ask this to yourselves: Where are you going? Antartica? Sahara? once you know which direction you wanna go you can comfortably choose the right temperature for your sleeping bag.

Next question after you found out the places you wanna go, it is best to choose the right temperature rating. Usually the temperature rating can be easily identify in the products name such as "mountainsmith Poncha 35 degree synthetic sleeping bag". That "35 degree" implies that it will be comfortably used in 35 degree Fahrenheit and above. Below than that temperature you will not feel comfortable. Table below is the best range of temperature rating in Fahrenheit to consider when you choose any type of sleeping bags

Weight, Size and Shape

Secondly when you consider to buy sleeping bag try to answer this question: How are you going to go there and what is you body size? you may answer this question by decided to go there by driving a luxury car or by taking train or even by walking/hiking. The weight of sleeping bag all depends on the shape,insulation type and the size of the sleeping bag. I will further discuss about the weight to choose in the next category.

For the size of sleeping bag you can identify it by using the information on the sleeping bag(length, wide and so on). This all depend on your body size. too small you can't fit into it and too large it can't properly insulate you. So choose based on your body size and your preference.

The bag shape is largely depend on your preference. But be careful because the shape matter if you are considering size and weight. Basically there are 3 types of sleeping bag.

1. Mummy shape
2. Rectangular shape
3. Semi rectangular

The mummy shape usually looks like mummy. if you wanna know how mummy looks like, you may consider to watch any mummy movie. But it'll take a longer time to figure out how the mummy looks like. So i'll help you figure it out by showing you an example of mummy shape sleeping bag. Below is the picture.

Mummy shape will cover your whole body and usually has a very good insulation. Plus, if you were backpacking, this is the best type of sleeping bag you wanna buy because it is lighter and can be compressed. So if you consider lightweight sleeping bag, this is the right choice.

The second type of shape is rectangular. It usually has an extra weight and space. In return you get a nice extra room. heavier and bigger size for your sleeping bag. Usually it can't be compressed. So it is best to use when you are travelling by car with your family. Ahh, a nice comfortable family trip i would say

The last one is a semi rectangular shape. it is a hybrid of mummy and rectangular shape. Usually broad at the top and getting slimmer to the bottom of the sleeping bag. In return you get a nice combination between space and weight. This best use in any type of trip as long as you are not strict on space or weight.

Insulation type

Next you need to consider is the insulation type. There are usually 3 types of insulation in the market. Cotton, Synthetic and down. However, if you find any cotton type of insulation, please just throw it in your garbage can. Because it is useless!The type of insulation can usually be find out in the name of product.

Synthetic materials is best to choose when you have a budget constrain. It is well insulated, lightweight and dry fast when wet. It usually works fine in easy/warm temperature. It is best when you go backpacking as it can be compressed.

There are two type of synthetic materials: short staple and continuous. Short staple is a dense insulator. it good in warm weather and has a great compressibility. In addition it is soft and flexible. Thus it is a regular choice in the market. Continuous, usually a filament fills with thicker insulation but less lofty which it is less compressible. However, it is strong and durable.

The next type of insulation is down. it is not a downgrade but it prefer term used to categorized type of insulation for sleeping bag. i may try to find out why they called it down later on. But for now i will explain what is down type of insulation. Down usually lightweight, warmer, longer lasting comparable to synthetic. Sound good so far, but when you see the price you may be disappointed. It is too expansive for poor people like me. so i will only consider synthetic insulation for my backpacking trip for now. However, if you decided to go to tropical island it is better buy a synthetic type as down will get heavy when it is wet.

Same as synthetic, down also has it own categorizes: duck and goose-down. duck type much cheaper and widely used in made in Asia(especially China). while goose-down is much durable, less fill and extraordinary warmer. So if you decided to buy goose-down better to buy from western country. Down type is best to choose when you decide to go to backpacking in Sahara when you need a compact and good insulator for sleeping bag.

Quality and Features

It really hard actually to determine the quality of sleeping bag by just looking at the sleeping bag. The best way is to try first hand on the material, design and features of the sleeping bag. So in order to determine the quality it is best to try before you buy it. Decide what do you want and how much money do you have. The best quality of sleeping bag when the zip easily slip out and down and it will not stuck when you try to close or open the sleeping bag. You can actually feel the quality of the materials by try to touch it using your hands and compare it with more cheaper sleeping bag.

There are many information on the bag that will tell you the features of the sleeping bag. Usually, the manufacture provide you the diagram of the sleeping bag, either it has taper, hood, color of sleeping bag or the zip location. You can decide what type of feature do you like most. However, as you try to buy PC, the more features it has the more expansive it becomes.

So I already finished explaining the aspects that you need to consider when you wanna buy a sleeping bag. I hope it can help you to find your dream sleeping bag in the near future. You may find out that you need a different type of sleeping bag for different type of trip. So remember this well: Choose your sleeping bag wisely so that you will not regret it later.

Read Because of Curiosity

Iqra or the translation is 'read' quoted from Verse 96 of Al-Quran: Surah al-'Alaq which told human to read for knowledge as only knowledge can guide you to the right path. As my last post, I described US' reading culture and the importance to read books. Since then, i try at least for every week to read multiple books for knowledge which it is guided by my curiosity.

I was given a chance by Allah to study in United States which i believed is one of the heavens for readers. This is because for only a few dollars i could subscribe any book that i want for a year. In addition, with the boom of e-readers technology in US i could get any books for low price. This in turn, i'm able to buy any books that i want for only few dollars.

I started to nurture my readings habit by start to read any light material such as magazines. As for now i subscribed multiple magazines such as Times, Economics and Popular science. When there is any free time i will try to read all of the magazines. I subscribed the magazines that discussed the things that i like most so that it will help to nurture my reading habits. In return, it helps me to improve my knowledge and fill up my my free time and my curiosity. So for now i determine to further nurture my reading habit by read more heavy materials. So i made up a list of books that i need to read by 2013. So below are my list of books that i decided to read.

As you noticed i divided the types of book into five categories. all of this categories is based on my own curiosity. Most of the books mentioned above are the must read book for all human. dont believe me? try google it and you may find out which one is the must read book. I'll try to complete read all of these book before 2013. As for 2013, maybe you guys could recommend me any book that may become one of my interest in the future.

Just for information, the reading habit for Malaysian is still low compare to any developed country. I believed in order Malaysia to achieve status of developed country by 2020, we at least, need to improve our reading habit because knowledge is the most powerful tool in the world and only with knowledge we can achieve anything we want.

The Great Escape 1

Alhamdulillah, i survived another hectic week and the whether is being pretty nice too.So It was another great week as i achieved what i'm supposed to do and i'm be able to see all of the flowers on the streets started to bloom this week. It makes me smile while i was riding my bicycle to and from my campus whenever i see all of the beautiful flowers that Allah created. Maybe i'll post more spring pictures on my facebook wall as one of my friends did(u know who you are..haha )

This kind of thing is one of my reasons why i love to travel and since i was kid, it has been my goals to travel all around the world. In order to see, experience and learn everything as one of the Muslim great traveler ibn Battutah

So, after 22 years old of my life i got a chance(Insyallah) to see another small part of the world as i'm planning to go to Europe this summer. It was decided that i'll be going there from 28th mei to 4th julai. to make this trip will be one of my Great Escape, i need thoroughly plan for the trip. So, pictures below are my first step of planning and there will be a a lot more to go to complete this planning. it is really satisfying to see these pictures, at least for me :)

Spring is coming

It's wonderful to see all the trees start to produce buds on their branches. Although this year's weather is quite weird with a warm winter and sometimes nice weather comes between hot and cold weather. Hopefully, this spring will be wonderful as the last year. I can't wait to see all the beautiful flowers bloom all over the places.

Unfortunately, there is no more holiday for me because the spring break is over today :((((.. what is waiting for me in the futures are more homework, presentations, papers and exams. Hopefully, i will be alive after going thru all of this things...haha..so guys do pray for me okay..

I can't wait for the spring and summer because there are a lot of things i wanna do. But one for sure are Eurotrip and Skydiving..and if i have time and money, i would like to go to National Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington in this march/april, DC to see this with my own eyes. So who wanna go too?

Ketaksuban berpolitik

Assalamualaikum,

Aku tertarik sama sekali dengan kisah perjuangan seorang imam Hoslan untuk menegakkan kebenaran dan keadilan dengan mendedahkan penyelewengan. Ianya bukan mudah untuk dilakukan. Sedangkan kita kalau member buat salah contohnya meniru di dalam exam sekalipun susah untuk bagitau pengawas peperiksaan, inikan nak dedahkan sesuatu yang lebih besar dari itu. iya ke tidak?. Semoga Allah sentiasa disamping imam ini dalam menegakkan keadilan dan perkuatkan keimanan ustaz ini.

But then, tiba-tiba aku lihat satu post kawan aku yang seperti gambar bawah ini.

Amatlah terkejut sama sekali dengan ketaksuban berpolitik sesetengah masyarakat Malaysia ini dimana semua perkara ingin dipolitikkan eventhough kalau kita fikirkan sebabnya adalah ketidakadilan seorang hakim dalam menentukan kesalahan. Ya aku setuju skali dengan perbandingan yang dipaparkan untuk menunjukkan ketidakadilan kes ini diadili oleh para hakim, tetapi aku tidak stuju sama sekali sesetengah perkara yang tidak berkenaan dengan politik tapi dipolitikkan. Kemungkinan besar kes menteri besar Selangor itu memang ada unsur2 politik. Tetapi aku rase yang kes ustaz ini kemungkinannya adalah sedikit. Mungkin lebih kepada perception and rasuah?by the way, aku xnak speculate..nanti ade orang politikkan pulak ape yang ak speculate neh..haha..

Dan yang paling tidak best skali tu komen bawah gambar gambar. Dalam dunia neh tidak akan ada benda yang perfect. So adakah kita yakin Semua keadialan akan ditegakkan oleh hanya sebelah pihak?btw, I’m not against mane-mane pihak. Just want to emphasize on reality. Tepuk dada Tanya selera.

It's really sucks to know that i screwed it up again

Last week had been a very disappointing week for me. For your information, during summer i'm doing research about concrete. It's very exciting experiences working with Americans and do something that could make a different.Its sound quite exaggerating rite?haha..Well maybe the research paper could help engineers and contractors out there to create more strong structure. who knows rite?

My specialty in this research is on Semi adiabatic Calorimetric chamber or in short form we called it SACC(not sexx ye guys!!). This SACC help to determine the heat of hydration from hardening concrete. The heat produces by the hydrating concrete during early ages is very important in predicting the strength of the concrete in later ages. Enough said, SACC helps to predict the mechanical and thermal properties of concrete.

But, the mistakes that i did again and again was by activated the SACC when the concrete had been hydrating for more than 1 hours. That was very terrible mistakes which it should be running as soon as we put the concrete in the SACC. The most important parts in my research is to know the heat of evolution for the first hours and so on. Make it worst, the materials is limited thus it's not possible to redo again the experiments. So, i need to live with my mistakes and move forward to complete the paper without the data for the first hour. Luckily, the graph looks nice and it still give some useful information to be evaluated.

So rite now, i've completed the paper and it is being review by the editor for the any grammatical errors. SO guys do pray for me, so that i managed to publish the paper although i did those silly mistakes. hehe..

p/s: Life must go on even thought it is difficult.

Semester Baru Semangat Baru

Assalamualaikum semua.

Sudah berabuk rupanya aku punya blog neh. Maka sudah tiba masanya untuk membersihkan segala kotoran degil dekat blog neh..hehe..keyboard[check],mouse[check], idea[check]..jom blogging.

Mungkin para pembaca sekalian tertanya-tanya dimana hilangnya nabil neh..haha..Sebenarnya aku dah lama xpost benda baru sebab terlalu sibuk berjuang untuk negara dan agama...chewah..So ak nak cite segala pengalaman-pengalaman aku buat selama menghilangkan diri lebih dari tiga bulan ini.

kalau korang nak tau summer adalah cuti yang paling lama untuk budak-budak sekolah dekat US neh. Masa inilah ada macam-macam aktiviti gila yang boleh buat..antaranya sky diving, hiking, travel dan skodeng awek2 minah saleh yg seksi..hehe..tapi yg last tu ak tak buat lah...O.O..serius neh korang kene percaya..aku kan baik..hehe...

antara paling best ak wat time summer neh adalah road trip sejauh 5000mile. tengok map bawah neh..coolkan?

Antara tempat-tempat yang aku pergi adalah wisconsin dimana aku dapat berjumpa kebanyakkan pelajar-pelajar malaysia disini. Yang paling cool adalah pi yellowstone national park. korang tau x pe mende 2..alah yang ade dalam movie 2012 2..yang watak utama cbe untuk dapatkan map kapal noah 2..yellowstone neh la mase terakhir aku bersama-sama senior yang banyak membantu aku di US neh. Kalo korang nak tau lebih lanjut pasal yellowstone neh korang boleh usha gambar-gambar kat fb aku..Yellowstone adalah tempat yang tercantik yang pernah aku pergi..paling akuxboleh lupa fanomena tasik yang separuh beku dan dekelilingi gunung-ganang bersalji. Begitu cantik sehingga aku terpegun melihat tasik tu. Tapi sayang kemera tidak dapat merakamkan kecantikkan views yang aku tengok tu. SO, ak amatlah galakkan korang letak dalam list "the places that you must go before you die"..haha

Selepas roadtrip neh, aku mulalah menyebokkan diri dengan pelajaran seperti biasa. Tetapi yang luar biasanya aku dapat peluang untuk membuat research. Bukan sahaja pengalaman aku dapat tapi dapat duet juga..hehe..tapi maaflah..tak dapat bagi korang sebab aku nak gune duit tu untuk EURO TRIP next summer nanti..hehe..jangan jeles eh kawan-kawan :P...

Research yang aku buat neh walaupun sibuk macam budak phD tapi awesome sebab aku dapat ilmu2 baru yang dimana selama ini ilmu ak yang dipelajari perlulah digunakan untuk melakukan research neh. Selain itu aku juga dapat melihat ethics orang-orang US neh buat kerje. In case korang tak tau ak sebenarnya kerja bawah orang yahudi. Dan aku sungguh kagum dengan usaha dan tenaga yang dorang letak dalam setiap kerja yang dorang lakukan. Sebab tulah yahudi control dunia skrang. Dan yang paling best adalah research paper aku buat neh akan dipublish apabila siap. *yang mana masih belum siap dan ak perlu terus buat untuk fall sem neh..haish..

banyak lagi mende awesome aku nak kongsi dengan korang tapi aku malas nak menaip..so kalo nak tau lebih lanjut meh r jumpa ak..haha..

So semester baru dah mula dan visi dan misi tahun neh aku nak dapatkan empat rata untuk semester neh dan cuba untuk apply for study abroad program..mane lah tau kalo ade razeki boleh blaja kat europe pulak kan..hehe..doakan aku ye kawan..thank you all for reading..salam

MASA

Pertama sekali aku ingin mengucapkan tahniah kepada ahli-ahli Eboard yg baru. Harapan supaya saudara saudari dapat menjalankan tanggungjawab dan amanah yang diberikan sebaik mungkin. Kepada president yang baru tetapkan matlamat dan strategi untuk menjayakan lagi persatuan ini. Aku percaya ahli-ahli dibawah bersedia untuk berkhidmat dan bekerjasama bagi menjayakan lagi MASA di Stevens ini. Maka janganlah sesekali lupa tentang amanah dan ahli-ahli yang menyokong dibawah ini.

Sebenarnya aku mempunyai beberapa kritik dan idea yang ingin dibincangkan untuk MASA . Semoga kritik dan idea-idea yang diberikan dapat membantu menaikkan lagi nama MASA di Stevens. Insyallah. Dibawah ini adalah idea dan huraiannya:

1. Pemilihan calon

• Aku sebenarnya amat terkejut dengan cara pemilihan dan perlantikan untuk kepimpinan baru MASA ini. Antara sebab-sebabnya, aku beranggapan pemilihan ini adalah tidak demokratik dan kurang sensitif tentang perlantikan kepimpinan yang baru. Kepimpinan adalah sesuatu yang kritikal untuk memajukan sesuatu organisasi. Oleh sebab itu, kepimpinan haruslah dipilih melalui undi majoriti ahli, kerelaan dan kelayakkan seseorang untuk memimpin. Apa yang mengejutkan aku pemilihan boleh dikatakan dibuat secara terburu-buru tanpa proses yang sepatutnya dalam memilih satu kepimpinan yang baru.
• Maka aku berharap dimasa hadapan kepimpinan yang baru akan dipilih lebih demokratik dan bedasarkan suara majoriti, kerelaan dan kelayakkan seseorang. Bila lagi kita nak belajar selok belok demokrasi dan prosedur pilihanraya di negara kita jika bukan di sini. adalah lebih baik kepimpinan yang baru dipilih melalui proses seperti pilihanraya umum. Maksudnya sesiapa yang ingin memimpin haruslah menamakan percalonannya sendiri dengan memberikan maklumat tentang beberapa kreteria yang penting untuk memilih pemimpin seperti, kelayakan,pengalaman,visi&misi, sebab ingin bertanding dll di dalam boring dan diberi kepada kepimpinan sedia ada, ataupun jika permintaan ramai dibolehkan wakil untuk menamakan calon untuk bertanding.
• Kemudian kepimpinan yang sedia ada akan memilih calon yang layak untuk dipilih dan disingkatkan penamaannya bagi proses seterusnya. Pengundian dilakukan oleh ahli-ahli setelah memberikan manifesto. Jika terlalu ramai calon yang ingin bertanding dan mereka layak maka adalah tanggungjawab kepimpinan yang lama untuk menapis calon, ataupun boleh dilakukan tapisan oleh ahli-ahli sebelum proses yang terakhir: manisfesto dan pembuangan undi.
• Rasionalnya aku membangkitkan hal ini kerana dengan cara ini kita dapat memilih calon yang lebih layak dan berkeinginan untuk berkhidmat sebagai pemimpin untuk kepentingan MASA dan ahli-ahli. Selain itu dapat memberikan peluang kepada calon yang tidak rela untuk menarik diri dan memberi peluang kepada ahli-ahli yang mungkin tidak tersenarai untuk menamakan diri bagi memberikan manifesto dan meraih undi. tambahan pula inilah masa kita untuk belajar selok-belok demokrasi, pilihanraya umum, kepimpinan dan pembuangan undi yang seebetulnya oleh sebab kebanyakkan ahli adalah dalam 20-an.

2. Manual

• Manual adalah amat penting untuk sesebuah organisasi yang berstruktur untuk memudahkan proses kepimpinan. Apa yang kita dapat lihat sekarang, kebanyakkan perkara memerlukan manual hatta untuk memasang lego. Maka apatah lagi untuk menjadikan sesuatu organisasi cemerlang,gemilang dan terbilang. Idea ini wujud apabila, Nurul Adibah membangkitkan tentang program director (PD) yang dilantik untuk mengadakan sesuatu program untuk MASA kadang-kadang hanya melepaskan batuk di tangga bagi menganjurkan sesebuah program.
• Salah satu sebab yang aku rasa PD-PD baru ini berkelakuan sebegitu ataupun tidak menganjurkan sesebuah program dengan jayanya adalah sebab tidak mengetahui selok belok untuk menganjurkan sesuatu program. Sebagai contoh cara-cara untuk menempah tempat, membuat kertas kerja bagi mendapatkan sponsor dll.
• Maka dengan adanya manual ini ianya dapat membantu menerangakan cara-cara penganjuran sesuatu program ini maka dapat memudahkan proses penganjuran tersebut. Maka mungkin hasilnya lebih berjaya berbanding PD yang berusaha mencari makluamat tentang prosuder dan informasi bagi menganjurkan program dan tidak mengatahui procedure yang sepatutnya, dengan PD yang mempunyai manual untuk membantunya mengadakan program yang telah dipertanggungjawabkan.
• Rasionalnya, dapat membantu menjimatkan masa dan membantu PD untuk memahami proses dan keperluan bagi mengadakan sesuatu program. Maka dengan itu dapat membantu PD fokus kepada faktor-faktor untuk menjayakan lagi program yang dianjurkan. Selain itu, kepimpinan dan PD yang baru tidak perlu melakukan proses pencarian maklumat dan melakukan kesalahan berulang kali setiap kali perlantikan baru dibuat. Maknanya Maklumat yang diperlukan telah disampaikan dengan manual daripada orang yang berpengalaman memimpin kepada kepimpinan baru
• Manual mungkin boleh dibuat sedikit demi sedikit dan diusahakan bersama bagi memudahkan generasi kepimpinan yang seterusnya.

3. Meeting

• Seperti yang kita ketahui, salah satu sebab sesetengah ahli-ahli membuat hal lain di dalam mesyuarat adalah kerana tempat yang tidak sesuai. Hal ini saudara suudari telah dengar ianya dibangkitkan pada meeting yang lepas.
• Maka penyelesaiannya mungkin kita boleh menggunakan kelas-kelas yang tidak digunakan di barbio center,buchard or mana-mana bilik yang mungkin mempunyai kekosongan dan sesuai untuk mengadakan meeting. sebolehnya meeting janganlah dibuat ditempat awam yang terbuka seperti howe center.
• Rasionalnya, meeting ditempat awam bukan sahaja menganggu proses dan tumpuan mesyuarat itu tetapi turut menganggu orang awam.

4. Inventory

• seperti yang dibangkitkan di dalam mesyuarat yang lepas kita mempunyai masalah berkaitan dengan peralatan-peralatan MASA yang bertaburan tanpa rekod. Mungkin ketiadaan stor untuk menyimpan peralatan-peralatan ini adalah salah satu punca. Namun ianya tidak dapat dielakkan kerana kita tiada mempunyai ruang dan kemampuan untuk mewujudkan stor untuk peralatan-peralatan MASA
• Namun salah satu jalan penyelesaian yang mudah adalah dengan melantik seseorang yang dipertanggungjawabkan bagi menjaga, menyimpan rekod, mengagihkan barang kepada ahli untuk disimpan dan lain-lain yang berkenaan dengan peralatan MASA. Sudah tiba masanya MASA melantik satu jawatan baru untuk menjaga peralatan MASA supaya mudah kita mendapatkan maklumat tentang peralatan tersebut sebelum dan selepas aktiviti. Maka saya mencadangkan mewujudkan QuaterMaster (QM) bagi menjalankan amanah ini.
• Rasionalnya, kita dapat menyimpan rekod barang-barang yang wujud di dalam inventory dan dimana ianya disimpan. Ini dapat mengurangkan perbelanjaan pembelian barang yang berlapis-lapis. selain itu kita dapat mengetahui status barang mana yang tiada dan ada yang penting untuk sesuatu program yang akan diadakan. Proses pencarian menjadi mudah dan senang jika kita mempunyai sesorang yang mengetahui segala maklumat yang berkaitan dengan inventory.

5. kewangan

• Seperti yang kita ketahui, kewangan adalah satu faktor yang kritikal dan sensitif bagi sesebuah organisasi seperti MASA. Mati hidup MASA boleh dikatakan bergantung dengan pengurusan kewangan yang baik.
• Maka aku amatlah tidak bersetuju apabila laporan kewangan MASA dirahsiakan daripada ahli-ahli biasa. Oleh kerana kritikalnya kewangan MASA maka berhaklah setiap ahli mengetahui status kewangan MASA.
• Rasionalnya, bukan sahaja bagi ketelusan kepimpinan tetapi bagi memberikan informasi kepada ahli-ahli tentang perbelanjaan yang telah digunakan dan baki yang masih wujud untuk penganjuran program yang seterusnya. Hal ini dapat membantu ahli-ahli memahami pengurusan MASA dan juga mengelakkan pembaziran. Selain itu, MASA adalah persatuan yang dikongsi kepentingan bersama ahli-ahli yang lain maka perlulah ahli-ahli mengetahui status kewangan MASA.
• Mungkin bendahari dapat mengupdate status kewangan di laman web rasmi MASA dan ianya hanya dapat diekses oleh ahli-ahli sahaja yang berdaftar.

Hal-hal diatas adalah yang berkaitan dan timbul di dalam pemilihan kepimpinan minggu lepas. Diharap segala buah fikiran dapat dianalisa dengan sebaiknya oleh mereka yang berkuasa. Mana yang dirasakan baik untuk memajukan dan meningkatkan nama MASA harap dapat dilaksanakan. Mana yang buruk diperbetulkan,mana yang elok dikekalkan dan ditingkatkan. Semoga MASA menjadi satu organisasi yang dapat cemerlang dan dapat memberikan manfaat yang baik kepada ahli-ahli.

once upon a time, a young man went to a most populous city in this world, this city has been the center for global commerce, finance, media, culture, art, fashion, research, education, entertainment and so on you can think for a few decades. he was astonishing by this city environment and trying to understand how in the heck this city could achieved such a great success in developed an advanced civilization compare to most other countries.this city is also the center of international affairs, which a very decision make in this city has a significant impact in this world. therefore this young man traveled around this city to find out the secret behind this city success.

Then he noticed something that maybe important for this success as everywhere he went he saw that most of the people in this city was reading something in their free time. So then, he wondered is this the secret behind this city achievements?

the people in this city always using their time to do something beneficial for their future. Means that they are investing their time for their future while reading the book. so this culture and what materials they are reading maybe are the factors why today they have a major influenced in most field: science, politic economy and etc.

Then He remembered something In the Quran, the first verse of surah al-Alaq: "Read! In the Name of your Lord, Who has created (all that exists)". in this verse, the god Himself told human to read first before worship Him. This is because by reading you could gain knowledge to understand Islam and Him better and to develop ourselves to be a great human. you could not worship Him without knowing a thing about Him rite. So this is also could be applied to the civilization. you could not develop your civilization if you don't have any knowledge. so read is very crucial to develop human capital.

this young man is then trying to compare this culture with his people. yeah there are people who reading while taking a train or waiting something. & there is also a program organized by government to promote this wonderful culture. but, he noticed that the different is, in his country most of the young age people reading comics or light materials. which is not a material that could provide a significant knowledge for the development of human capital.

most teenager in his country love to read comics and love story/novel instead use their time to read a good materials such as a material about economics, world affairs and so on. compare to the most successful people in this world, they are using their time to read a stuff that can trigger their mind to think or beneficial for them.

so, he can conclude that, to be a successful people and to contribute for the development of the family,country and religion one must make reading as his/her culture or habit so that we could achieve and acquire new knowledge to developed a human capital.

it all can be started from a little thing. one can try to read the most interesting topic he/she likes: economy, global affairs, politic,humanity, psychology, history and so on for 5minutes or 1 article, then try to increase the time used and articles read for every day or week. after that, try to read other topics too. for those who realize the important of reading and try to change, the man really like to recommend TIME or reader's digest as a material to read. this two are really good materials with various topic that can broaden your mind.

PS: Use your time wisely by read because it is scarce and it could not be reversed.

actually i got a different idea to post today but then i read one of my friend's blog and got a new idea which i really would like you guys to ponder about. although my idea before i read my friend's blog is crystal clear, i'm still looking for words to explain it. so today i gonna talk about something else that suddenly come cross my mind.lol

so.....[translating my words into BM]...time korang baca tajuk entry neh mesti korang boleh agak bunyi apemende tu..alaa yang biase korang buat time korang penat giler or tensen dengan hidup korang. Antara bunyi yang bersamaan dengan ayt 2 adalah alah, adui, hish, argh and so on...mbbekk xtermasuk eh..haha

maka hari ini mari kita membincangkan tentang mengeluh.so kawan-kawan...mari kita pikir sejenak kenapa kita mengeluh apabila berhadapan dengan sesuatu yg sukar ataupon pape masalah.
antara yang ak dapat pikirlah kan..urmm.. adakah cabaran yg dilalui itu tidak mampu diselesaikan atau pown aku rasakan diri ni tak mampu tok menghadapi semua itu? so korang tolong pikir alasan laen..pastu bagitau ak sebab die..

sebenarnya kan bg aku xde sebab pown, kerana seperti yang kita tau, Allah tidak sama sekali memberikan sesuatu ujian atau cabaran kepada hambanya jika kita tidak mampu menghadapinya. so pe yg kita tempuhi stiap hari adalah ujian yg kita mampu buat.

setiap insan dilahirkan kekurangan dan kelebihan tersendiri, setiap org mempunyai cabaran dan adventure tersendiri dalam hidup. xpercaye? cube korang tengok sekeliling korang, kalo korang perhatikan betol-betol setiap org sebok menghadapi cabaran hidup mereka tersendiri. time korang pikir, aduh penatnya la ak hari ni, da la de 3xem, hmwk berlambak kerja rumah lagi and blablabla..time korang mengeluh sndri penah x korang pndang langit tgk kiri kanan korang?

kalo korang mengeluh korang berhenti jap then tengok sekeliling korang. stiap mahkluk kat muka bumi neh ade cabaran masing-masing. ade korang nmpak burung mengeluh pastu duk diam je kat sarang die? xdekan..haha..burung tu lagi lah.. stiap hri berjuang untok hidup mencari mknan pagi2 buta...lg susah dorgnye hdup..ttbe cri makan burung helang sambar dorg..da kne makan..kiok tros...setakat mengeluh buat hmwk yg insyallah klo bukan ajal korang memang x akan mati buat 2 kenapalah kita nak mengeluh..

so my points is, janganlah mengeluh dalam hidup korang neh, jadilah seorang yang optimistik, rancanglah hidup dengan sebaiknya dan enjoy setiap detik hidup korang. percayalah klo korang sntiasa berfikir positif nescaya smua korang wat itu mudah.(wah ayat) so muhasabah la diri, dan setiap kali korang mengeluh korang cubalah berfikiran positif. bila kita sntiasa berfikiran positif percayalah 24hours per day will be not enough to enjoy your life's adventure. ak xske mengeluh utp ak kadang-kadang suke menyesal x buat smua mende yang aku mampu dalam hidup aku...huhu.

ps: Be Optimistic but do not take it for granted in life.

Awesome Trip & Losing My Sentimental

Yeah today had been my greatest day in 2011 because i had done one of the adventurous activities that i must do in this year.

hence to make sure you guy appreciate, feel and imagine the fun that i experienced i'll write this post in Malay. so for those who doesnt understand the language please go to google translate..haha

aku sebenarnye dari bulan december tahun lepas lagi nak pergi maen snowboard neh tapi oleh sebab kekangan masa dan duit aku terpaksa menahan nafsu snowboard ini.

Belleayre Mountain, NY ski treks

Tetapi akhirnya trip ke Belleayre Mountain, NY ini, aku berjaya juga melunaskan keinginan aku ni.. actually mende-mende pasal snowboard ini ak bkn tau sgt..but surely not exactly with zero kwowledge la..sebab ak tau snowboarding neh bile korang ikat kaki kat papan pastu gelonsor turun bukit yang penuh dengan salji tetapi beware eh kawan-kawan, ianya adalah amat berbeza skali yang macam kat malaysia tu. yang mana kita maen gelonsor pkai daun pokok kelapa tu turun bukit or orang tolong tarik. tetapi ak nak terang kat korg pown aku tak expert lg psl terms2 or rule die neh..klo korangg nk tau sangat meh bace bawah neh.

1. regular: orang yang meletakkan kaki kiri as a front leg ketike snowboarding
2. goofy: orang yang meletakkan kaki kanan as a front leg ketike snowboarding. kirenye org goofy ni mungkin dapat pahala sunat ketike meluncur tu sebab mendahulukan kaki kanan. oh ye, aku goofy.
   
3. heel: cara mengawal board menggunakan tumit
4. toe: cara mengawal board menggunakan jari which means bukan jari-jari 2 yang gerak, tapi kite bagi pressure kat bahagian hadapan kaki kite supaya board tersebut dapat dikawal. same goes with heel tadi
5. trail: laluan snowboard tu la kan(from easy to expert-> green, blue,black & double black)

so korang dah paham pasal snowboard neh meh aku cite sikit pengalaman pertama aku maen snowboard neh..oleh sebab ak rase aku ni terer la jugak dan aku adalah budak HACC *pressure dowh jd dak HACC..xpectation org tggi sgt..haha aku pown cube tok bermain seperti pro tanpa mengambil lesson yg spatutnya dahulu...tapi dengan bantuan ak punye sifu BO aka Nabil no. 2 *ko mesti kembang en klo bce neh, ak berjaye belajar dengan jayanya skil-skil snowboard ni..

so setelah belajar secara teori smua skil-skil tu maka ak mulakan lah praktikalnya dengan meletakkan objektif, misi dan visi yang sepatutnya tok pro macam aku neh..haha

visi dan misi:

1. belajar mengelak kesakitan yg amat sangat ketika bersnowboarding
2. meluncur dengan jayanya di laluan green
3. mengelak daripada tackle 4 org sekali semasa meluncur.
   

so setelah pelbagai skil-skil yg telah dikeluarkan dan dipaksa oleh graviti, aku telah berjaya mencapai visi & misi aku akhirnya dengan membawa blik buah tangan yg aku xpasti smpai bile aku merasanya *skang jalan pown da terkankang-kankang...cakap je la skil ape yang korang nak. semua ak dah buat: kuak lentang, diving, flip flop, flip high, backflip..smua r..tapi yg terbaik skali adalah diving..mmg putih la jadi muke aku makan snow..tp bak kate org la kan..no pain no gain rite?. at least aku berjaya mencapai visi dan misi aku kan..

dan oleh sebab ak rase pain die 2 masih x berbaloi for the gain, dengan beraninya aku pown try green trek dimana ak berjaya menambah skil-skil aku..memang terbaiklah..keseronakkan meluncur zig zag dengan kelajuan yg tggi dan membuat skil-skil yg baru tiada kata yang dapat digambarkan. bak kate sifu aku, *ko jgn tkot dgn kelajuan, sebenarnya kelajuan tu bagos..mmg bagos la..berbaloi aku rase pain ak apabila meluncur dengan laju.

tetapi malangnya dan membuatkan ak berasa hilang kesoronokan apabila sedang mencuba skil yg baru then accidentally my sentimental hand phone dropped somewhere from my pocket..maka dengan rase sedih dan kecamuknya aku mendaki dan cuba untuk menjejaki handphone yang tercicir tadi.

betol2 anti klimaks punye tragedi..abis smua gmbr keseronokan snowboarding hilang bersama handphone sentimental aku..malang tidak berbau sungguh..ku sangka cerah hingga ke petang, rupa-rupanya snow plak time bersnowboading. hish..abeh hilang semua kenangan2 yang lepas dan nilai sentimentalnya..hurmmmmmm (T.T)...sory guys xdapat bg gambar..maybe next time :(

anyway, this trip surely is not my last trip..misi dan visi seterusnya adalah double black..lol

PS:todays moral value guys...no pain no gain & dont give up even you managed to try many painful skills..urm kawan-kawan nak bli snowboard ke tak eh?
